HCG Drops, Day 6 [R1P2D4]

Pounds Lost Today: 3.5 pounds :)


Wake up time: 7:45am


First set of HCG Drops: 9:15am


10:20am - Breakfast.
A red delicious apple. (90 calories)
+ A big glass of water.


Second set of HCG Drops: 2:50pm


3:35pm - Lunch.
About 100g of Tbone Steak (250 calories)
One tomato seasoned with half a lemon's juice + Mrs. Dash seasoning. (28 calories)
1 Melba toast. (20 calories)


Third set of HCG Drops: 7:30pm


Dinner. Again, my dinner sucked. I had some boiled shrimp, and I didn't measure. I had no veggies and no melba toast. I had a few drinks with some friends. I don't plan on giving up my fun... so as long as I didn't totally screw myself then I'm okay.

  1. Do you find the Melba Toast helps you? I ate it the first week of my first round and then gave it up. It didn't help me and I saw better results after I stopped including it. Although you are having GREAT results!! Congrats!

  3. 2 chicks- please do your research before making comments on a diet you don't understand. Yes someone would loose weight on a 500 calorie diet but they would also be so hungry and week that they would not be able to do it for longer than a week.

    Ashley you are doing amazing! the drinks will catch up with you eventually though!!

G- please don't hop on somebody because a comment they left first off second I know somebody who did do a 500 calorie diet and lost a lot of weight and never complained of weakness or hunger but gained it back and I did research how do you think I know everything I stated in every comment? O and just so you know cuz it seems like your confused.... Every comment I send is directed to ashley not you sweetie or I would be on your blog. I didn't know it was a crime to tell somebody hey good job and good luck I just don't agree with it.
