(Which puts me just .1 above where I was before loading. I just got off my T.O.M last night too so maybe that played a factor.)
Wake up time: 10:00am
First set of HCG Drops: 10 drops at 10:40am.
11:30am - Breakfast.
Six strawberries (24 calories)
+ Big glass of water.
Second set of HCG Drops: 10 drops at 2:30pm.
3:00pm - Lunch.
100g Grilled Tilapia seasoned in garlic powder and Mrs. Dash original blend seasoning. (93 calories)
A cup of spinach. (50 calories)
2 pieces Melba toast (40 calories)
+ Big glass of water.
5:35pm - Snack.
One red delicious apple. (90 calories)
+ Big glass of water.
Third set of HCG Drops: 7:40pm
8:00pm - Dinner.
100g grilled boneless skinless chicken breast (114 calories)
2 cups cabbage (44 calories)
2 Melba toast (40 calories)
1/2 cup spinach (15 calories)
+ Big glass of water.
And yes, I realize you aren't supposed to mix veggies, but again, I was having to add more in last minute just to get to 500 calories.
Total Calories: 510

I am in that situation now (tom) but I am crossing my fingers that its gone come sat. I dont want to weigh in bloated. Ugh. Congrats on your loss! Keep it up!
