Wake up time: 9:40am
11:00am - Breakfast. A bowl of Kellogg's Special K "Multigrain oats and honey" cereal with about a quarter of a banana and a little natural honey added, in almond milk.
12:55pm - Work out. Zumba 20-minutes express.
3:10pm - Lunch. 2 ground turkey taco's with guacamole, lettuce and picante sauce.
4:00pm - Exercise. 2 mile walk.
I was going to go walking outside being as it's a gorgeous day, but the 3 year old I babysit threw a total fit about going walking, saying she was "sleepy" (half an hour later and she was still crying and hadn't fallen asleep) so I laid her down in her bed and did 2 miles with Leslie Sansone, and I actually really enjoyed it! (I thank Chubby Mcgee.) Could it have been better without a 1 and a half year old right under my feet most of the time? Probably. And I probably would have went for the 3, 4 or 5 miles. But, I think 20 minutes of zumba and a 2 mile walk is a pretty decent exercise for today. :)
5:45pm - Snack. Natural peanut butter, half a banana and natural honey in a whole wheat low-carb flour tortilla.
8:15pm - Dinner. A plate of kung pao chicken stir fry stuff.

Congrats on getting your exercise in Zimba and 2 miles is great I need to get my ass back on track now that I'm back from Ireland I can to the u.s. and walked right into DRAMA!!! I hate it here with a passion Urgh lol so i have to step out the drama and depression and start gettin motivated again.
