Wake up time: 10:15am



11:45am - Breakfast. Carbmaster spiced pear yogurt.



2:00pm - Lunch. A grilled chicken breast and a side salad with roasted sunflower seeds and ranch dressing. Also had a few cheez-it's while I waited for lunch. *guilty*



4:25pm - Snack. A whole wheat tortilla with "Simply Jif" peanut butter, natural honey and some cinnamon.



8:10pm - Dinner. 2 chicken fajita taco's on whole wheat tortilla's with guacamole, sour cream and tomatoes.
