Wake up time: 9:30am
10:00am - Breakfast. A bowl of special k, cinnamon pecan cereal with honey in almond milk.
2:15pm - Lunch. About 4oz of salmon fish, seasoned with mustard, mrs. dash original seasoning and garlic powder... and a side salad with roasted sunflower seeds and ranch dressing.
4:15pm - Snack. An apple and "simply jif" peanut butter. (lol, yeah, I had to ruin a healthy fruit with peanut butter!)
8:05pm - Dinner. A bowl of some chicken curry stuff with tomatoes, onions and mushrooms. :)
