(That's exactly 9 pounds in 2 days, and I am down exactly 4 pounds from what I was before loading. Woo!)

10:45am - Breakfast.
Big glass of water. Saving my fruit for lunch. :)
Second set of HCG Drops: 12:45pm
1:10pm - Lunch.
Diced chicken and apple salad.
100g grilled chicken (114 calories)
One red delicious apple (90 calories)
2 Cups lettuce (30 calories)
1/2 chopped tomato (16 calories)
2 Melba toast (40 calories)
Third set of HCG Drops: 5:45pm
6:08pm - Snack.
6 strawberries. (24 calories)
Unfortunetly I didn't eat dinner, and I made up the calories with a Green Apple Smirnoff and a couple of sprite/vodka drinks. I feel bad, but I had fun, and finally got to get out of the house while babysitting. I also had about 3 glasses of water with a lemon slice in each one, before the alcohol.
