I'm giving myself another April goal. As of today, I want to get in at least
20 minutes of exercise, at least 5 days a week. No excuses! If I want to reach my 10 pound loss for the month of April, then I've got to work for it, and I can do this! 20 minutes is NOTHING. Zumba is 20 minutes and I enjoy it, so I know I can do that at least Monday's through Thursday's, then try for a nice long walk on Friday's. I can do this! I need to stop putting exercise off for other things and some times just put other things off for exercise!

Oh, here are 2 updated pics of me... (I'll upload them into my progress pics later)
Don't mind the stupid faces... I didn't realize pictures were being taken. :P
To be honest: I thought these pictures would make me sick, as pictures of myself that other people took usually do... but these didn't! I clearly see a DIFFERENCE. I'm not as wide, and my stomach doesn't stick out like it used to. I still have a long way to go, but 30 pounds has made a difference and I am loving it! I can just imagine myself with another 30 pound loss, wow! :D I'm so excited.
Oh and just for the record... the jeans I am wearing in that picture haven't fit in years. I had them in a drawer with 2 other pairs, still with tags and all, because I had faith that "ONE DAY" they would fit. A few months ago, they would barely pull up my hips and were inches away from buttoning - even when I laid down. Now they go up and button with EASE!
