Wake up time: 9:45am
11:05pm - Breakfast.
Kellogg's Special K "Vanilla almond" cereal in almond milk.
1:35pm - Snack.
A serving of cashews.
2:40pm - Lunch.
A brisket sandwich on toasted sourdough bread with a little mayo and shredded sharp cheddar cheese. + About a fork and a half full of red skin potato salad.
7:30pm - Dinner.
Cube steak and a side salad with ranch.
8:50pm - Snack/Dessert.
A peanut butter, banana and honey roll up.
(I fought myself to not have ice cream, and I won this time, woohoo!)
