Wake up time: 11:30am

1:00am - "Breakfast."
Special K "vanilla almond cereal"
with added pecan pieces and honey in almond milk.

4:00pm - Lunch.
2 left-over ground turkey taco's on whole wheat low-carb tortilla's w/ guacamole & picante sauce.

7:50pm - Dinner.
A serving of Low Carb Enchilada Chicken Paillard
w/ some jalapeno refried beans and a little rice.
+ a vanilla coke zero.


  1. Your dinner makes me crave enchiladas but my fav. restaurant is an hpur away. It might just be worth it this weekend lol. How have you been? Anything interesting happen? I haven't really heard too much from you.

  2. Thats awesome news. I would be jumping for joy lol. I think it was water weight too makes sense, But I hope everything works out well for you. I have been going through a slight depression and can't blog about it cuz it involves my blogging buddy. Ugh! Sucks. But Im still here if you need any help with anything or need any motivation.
