Wake up time: 9:40am



11:30am - Breakfast.
A peanut butter, banana and honey shake.



2:40pm - Lunch.
Left-over ground turkey chili
and half a sausage on a whole wheat tortilla.
(It wasn't much chili)



4:20pm - Snack.
A bowl of special k "fruit & yogurt" cereal with pecan pieces in almond milk. (Sweet tooth... Stupid Aunt Flo.)



8:00pm - Dinner.
Chips and salsa/green sauce and a Pollo Mexicana from Cafe Abode.
