Wake up time: 9:40am
10:40am - Breakfast.
Special K "fruit & yogurt" cereal with added pecan pieces and honey in almond milk.
2:30pm - Lunch.
5 small meatballs in homemade marinara sauce with a side salad with sunflower seeds and ranch dressing.
5:15pm - Snack.
Peant butter/banana/honey tortilla roll-up.
8:00pm - Dinner.
3 (tilapia) fish taco's, with cabbage, avocado, shredded cheese, tomatoes and some kinda sauce stuff.
I got wayyy too stuffed at dinner. I will know next time to only have 2, like I do with normal taco's... they were just so good!
Oh i so did that last night too but with spaghetti ughh I was Sooooo full!! Its kind of a sickening feeling now days. I cant even do it at holidays anymore lol
