11:30am - Breakfast.
Special K Vanilla almond cereal
w/ pecan pieces and honey in almond milk.
4:00pm - Lunch.
A salad with brisket, sunflower seeds, shredded cheese & ranch dressing.
5:30pm - Snack.
A peanut butter/banana/honey roll up and half a Vanilla Coke Zero.
8:00pm - Dinner.
2 ground turkey taco's on whole wheat low-carb tortilla's
w/ lettuce, tomato & guacamole.
10:00pm - Drink?
