Wake up time: 10:45am



11:30am - Breakfast.
Special K Vanilla almond cereal
w/ pecan pieces and honey in almond milk.


4:00pm - Lunch.
A salad with brisket, sunflower seeds, shredded cheese & ranch dressing.



5:30pm -  Snack.
A peanut butter/banana/honey roll up and half a Vanilla Coke Zero.



8:00pm - Dinner.
2 ground turkey taco's on whole wheat low-carb tortilla's
w/ lettuce, tomato & guacamole.



10:00pm - Drink?
The other half of my Vanilla Coke Zero!

  1. Good to see ya back on track and getting things back to what suits you more. You are not the only person I have read about this week that did not find HCG easy. I know for sure there is no way in the world it would suit me. Keep plodding on as we say here in England and things will get there in the end.
