Wake up time: 9:10am



10:20am - Breakfast.
A bowl of special k "fruit & yogurt" cereal with added pecan pieces and honey in almond milk.



1:20pm - Lunch.
3 grilled chicken fajita taco's on whole wheat tortilla's with sour cream, picante sauce and cheese.



6:00pm - Snack.
A peanut butter, (half) banana and honey roll up.



7:30pm - Dinner.
Brisket, beans and red skin potato salad.



8:00pm - Dessert.
Red velvet cake ice cream.
I had to try it! I am so done with ice cream for a while though.



I haven't been able to catch up with anyone's blogs lately so I apologize! I'll get to it probably Monday unless I can find time this weekend.

  1. MMM red velvet cake is amazing lol. Seems like you are enjoying yourself again. I noticed you haven't logged you weight. Are you doing ok? or just haven't got to it yet? I hope all is well and if not i am here for help!
