Just for the record..I'm doing better. I did OK yesterday besides having Spanish rice but I did a lot better than I have been.

As I type this, I am eating a ground turkey burger on a whole wheat bun with real mayo, mustard, ketchup and a tomato slice, and I am drinking water.  Yeah, I kinda forgot I shouldn't be having mayo, so I need to keep that in mind for next time. I'm eating slower again, taking my time and not scarfing my food down.

Tonight for dinner I am thinking about having chicken/turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread...and if I can get to a store and look for those "pop chips" things, then those to go with it. Or possibly a grilled turkey cutlet with natural (no salt or sugar) green beans. :)

I'm feeling pretty good. I know I can stick to this.

My sister made something else for lunch, and I made sure to make my own meal. I need to take control over what I eat, so I am! I've got the food, I've got the mentality...now to stick with it!

  1. Good job for just getting back to it.... You can go to pop chips site and enter your area code it will pull it up. I had no choice but to do that since my stores seem to not sell healthy foods lol. I get them from target. I have to say though I have never tried regular so if you do let me know how that turns out. Im guessing good but you never know :) Keep it up ashley I have faith in you

  2. Glad to see your doing better. Remember this is a journey, your going to learn a lot in the process, your gonna fall but you need to pick yourself up, that is how you will succeed!

  3. salt and pepper is my fav. then sour cream and onion and bbq lol I have to pick them because for some reason my salt and pepper chips sell out like crazy!!! Let me know how the day goes Im sure it will go good, make sure to let off purple balloons that was her fav. color.

  5. hey miss how is or was your week alone? did you stay on point and get yourself back to where you were? May be one of those things you dont wanna answer but how much weight do you need off to get back to where you left off? I am still here if you need me... and Ive been waiting for a blog from you lol jk take your time just glad to see your back
