Weight Loss Goals

Wake up time: 9:00am



10:20am - Breakfast.
Special K vanilla almond cereal in almond milk.



2:00pm - Lunch.
3 ground turkey taco's with cheese, sour cream and picante sauce on whole wheat, low carb tortilla's. One of them only had meat and cheese.



5:00pm -  Snack.
Peanut butter/banana/honey on a whole wheat, low carb flour tortilla.



8:00pm - Dinner.
A bowl of noodles with marinara sauce and chicken.
